Results

Unfortunately my hypothesis was wrong. I hypothesized that bottled water would grow the highest yeast but it was tap water that did it. I kind of understand why I was wrong because people that make bread would use tap water to make it they would not use a brand new bottle every time they make bread or they would run out of money. The reason ocean water did not get the best results is because it has salt and other chemicals in it. I also think now the reason bottled was not so good was because it is pure and filtered perfectly clean and did not work with the yeast
